How can a customer activate this service?
There is no need to activate this service. Simply add FnF numbers by calling 555 IVR
What if subscriber already has FnF numbers added to their list?
In case the subscriber already has FnF numbers added to his/her list, the new rate would apply to those numbers automatically
What are the charges for adding FnF?
FnF numbers added through 555 IVR will be charged Rs. 5+tax, where as FnF numbers added by sending a SMS to 345 will be charged Rs.2+tax
How many FnF numbers can a subscriber add?
Subscriber can add a maximum of 3 FnF numbers
What destinations are covered in International FnF?
USA(L/M), Canada (L/M), UK(L), China(L/M), Singapore(L/M), Spain(L), Hong Kong(M) are the destinations that can be added to FnF
Is there any Offnet FnF?
There is no Offnet FnF. Regular Offnet rates will apply if subscriber adds an Offnet number to his/her FnF list.
Why is the first minute charge different for Onnet FnF?
The first Onnet FnF Minute incorporates the call setup charge of 40 paisa which is uniform across A1 for all Onnet & Offnet calls.
Can subscribers delete/change FnF numbers?
Yes. Subscribers can add/delete/change FnF numbers as many times a day as they like, but the total FnF numbers added cannot be more than 3 at any given time
What is a call setup fee?
It is a nominal charge of Rs. 0.40 that would be charged on a per call basis. For example, the first minute charging for Telenor to Telenor call would be Rs. 1.40 (Rs. 1.00 on-net rate and Rs. 0.40 call setup fee) and from second minute onward the rate would be Rs. 1.00 / min.
Is Call Setup Fee applicable on all Calls?
Call setup fee is only applicable on Onnet & Offnet calls. This fee is not applicable on international calls & Calls to IVRs/shortcode.
What will happen to all existing Talkshawk Packages?
No change, all existing Talkshawk customers will remain on their existing Talkshawk package.
Customer can select any of the existing Talkshawk Package by sending sms ‘migrate’ 345 or calling 345 661.
How can customer get this new package?
Package can be converted to talkshawk A1 by calling 345.
Who can migrate to this new package?
All current and new prepaid customers can migrate to this new package.
What are the migration charges?
Migration charges are Rs 10 (inclusive of tax).
What will be the effect on Scratch Card & Eload Validity?
All the validities will remain the same as of Talkshawk 30 Sec
